Q&A WITH ISABELLA:
Favorite place to travel?
One of my favorite places to travel to is Stubai Glacier in Austria. I traveled there for the first time when I was 15, and it was an incredible experience. The terrain park is located in an area where you have a 360 degree view of the Alps. It is absolutely breathtaking, and the terrain is amazing.
Best moment in your career?
The best moment in my career was getting invited to the Laax Open in Switzerland. Growing up, I always enjoyed watching my favorite riders take on the creative set up the event was notorious for. To get to compete at the event and ride alongside my idolswas surreal.
Favorite things to do when you’re not riding?
Outside of snowboarding, I enjoy skating, mountain biking, playing the guitar, and art.I also enjoy live music and am always on the hunt for the next show.
Fashion essentials?
My fashion essential, as any boarder would say, is a beanie. I also always travel with a good pair of denim jeans and a comfy hoodie. The last item on my list would be headphones, I never walk out the door without them!
Favorite moment with ROXY?
My favorite memory with Roxy is when I spent a week with the crew in Mt.Hood, Oregon. We were there for It's Tits!, an all-women's event that raises money for Boarding for Breast Cancer. It filled my heart to be surrounded by so many talented and powerful women. It was by far the best week of my season, and I'm happy I got to spend time riding with my friends!
