  • WHAT IS SHEERID?
  • Our verification process is powered by SheerID. You will not be contacted by SheerID outside of any requests for additional information in regard to your verification status. You can learn more about the SheerID verification process here.
  • WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENT(S) DO I UPLOAD IF ASKED?
  • You'll need to upload official documentation that shows your: first name, last name, a date of birth or discharge/retire date, and a clear affiliation with the military. Any documentation you provide should have any sensitive information blacked out before uploading for verification.   • WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T PROVE I'M IN THE MILITARY?
  • This rarely happens. All military service men and women are given some kind of official document that is accepted for verification, but on the occasion that acceptable proof of validation cannot be provided, the offer will not be extended. But to be clear, if you are currently in the military, have served previously in the military or are an immediate family member, you have a document that can be verified.
  • MY CODE ISN’T WORKING / I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CODE YET?
  • You should receive your code upon successful verification. If you don't receive your code within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service.
  • HOW DO I KNOW YOU WON'T SELL OR SHARE MY ID AND INFORMATION?
  • This is something Roxy and SheerID take extremely seriously. Your information is only used to confirm your eligibility. Your information is not rented or sold. Documents or images uploaded are not stored. Read Roxy's privacy policy and SheerID's privacy policy.
  • IS THE DISCOUNT VALID FOR ALL Roxy PRODUCTS?
  • Offer valid online only at Roxy.com, some exclusions may apply. The discount cannot be combined with any other offer with the exception of the Authentic membership discount.
  • IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF TIMES I CAN USE MY DISCOUNT?
  • Codes are one-time use. To receive another code to make an additional purchase will require you to re-verify. Limit 10 verifications per year with a maximum of 2 every 30 days.
